The light and airy sitting room has a contemporary feel with quality furnishings, featuring oak flooring and a warming woodburner, whilst doors open onto a large hallway with stairs leading down to the modern, well-equipped kitchen. With a tiled floor and dining area to one end, this bright and cheerful room provides a lovely, sociable area to sit together at the table, play games or enjoy a glass of wine whilst discussing the day's activities. Steep and winding cottage stairs lead up to the three individually styled bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and one with the added benefit of an en-suite shower room. Just two minutes’ walk from Clevelyn brings you to the pretty harbour, beach, pubs, tea rooms and shops. Spend the day exploring the quaint cobbled streets and alleyways or enjoy invigorating cliff top walks along the numerous footpaths in the area. Nearby Whitby is well worth visiting, with its famous abbey, long sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, quirky cafes and independent shops. With many attractions in this beautiful area, this cottage offers something for everyone.

Staithes has a good selection of pubs, shops and tea rooms. The best views of the town can be enjoyed from the Cleveland Way which runs down the cliffside to the sea's edge. A superb base for exploring the Yorkshire Coast, Scarborough and the moorland villages.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
