Ok so this place is in a very good position for exploring Shrewsbury. 4 bedrooms with large comfy beds. Lovely end terrace period property. Quite quirky decor. All usual amenities needed are provided. No parking but paid parking nearby at £4.80 a day and some free on street parking on the side roads if your lucky. If you have a lot of luggage it's very difficult to stop outside to unload as it's a very busy road! Due to this busy road it's noisy at night and early morning so ear plugs are recommended. Unfortunately this is not the cleanest place I have stayed and my Airbnb bill had a £100 cleaning supplement. Large cobwebs in living room, stains inside cupboards, stains on ceilings and under the settees really needs a good vacuum! The yard at the back is still covered in brown rotted leaves. Must have been there since October. I understand due to constant let it's difficult to maintain properties but a holiday let needs to be spotless! Overall sort of worth what we paid due to location Needs a lot more TLC for a 4 or 5 stars on Airbnb though
This place is filthy we arrived with a small baby if we hadn’t had traveled with the baby we would not have stayed i spent 2 hours with my daughter cleaning the place in view of covid 19 we expected it to be clean. I can honestly say we have been renting holiday homes for years but this has made us think twice about risking another stay.
