The cottage sleeps five people and has one super-king rom with ensuite walk in shower, 1 double room with ensuite bath and 1 single bedroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Perfect as a touring base for discovering Mid Wales and Herefordshire, Park House will provide a memorable holiday home, all year round.

Three bedrooms: 1 x Super-king (can be 2 single on request) with en-suite walk in shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite bath, basin and WC, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room with open fire.

Power and fuel starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 6 cars. Enclosed lawned front garden with furniture. Garden is fenced but dogs must be kept on leads at all times as could be unsecured. Four well-behaved dogs welcome, all dogs must be kept on a lead and under proper control at all times when using Rhos Holiday Home Park's grounds and gardens. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Cot and Highchair available. Note check in time is 5pm and check out time is 10:30am. Please note: There is a sofa bed in the dining room, linen can be provided on request
Location Details
Set in the wonderful wooded hills in Mid Wales, the scattered village of Crossgates has a post office, general store, pub and petrol station. With trails and paths meandering their way through woodland and along rivers, the village offers magnificent walking. For more challenging terrain, the nearby Cambrian Mountains or the spectacular Brecon Beacons are just a short drive away.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

We absolutely loved the cottage. Adrian met us on arrival and showed us around to familiarise us straight away. Adrian and his wife were really lovely, warm people and very keen for us to enjoy our stay. They couldn’t have been more helpful so thank you both. We were left a lovely little welcome basket and I’m now addicted to welsh cakes and bara brith ! The cottage was gorgeous, lovely and warm and right where we needed it to be to explore the local area. It was relaxing , quiet and extremely comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return when next in Wales . Special mentions also to Tim and Kat at Valley View Falconry for an amazing day and to the Crown Inn for an excellent dinner.
