Location Details
Lanreath is a village in southeast Cornwall, five miles west of Looe. Lanreath is rural in character with a local shop and Post Office as well as a parish church. Enjoy the on-site restaurant or the village of Pelynt only four miles away and the picturesque coastal towns of Looe and Polperro only a short drive away.

We booked the lodge mainly for its location. It is set in a valley surrounded by woodland with a stream running along the back of it. We enjoyed a very peacefull and relaxing weeks stay. The lodge has everything you need, a well equiped kitchen if you dont want to venture out for meals. However there is a excellant restaurent within the resort which is less then 50 yds away. The lodge is modern and comfortable and extremely clean. The hot tub is maintained daily and emptied weekly. The bed was very comfortable and allready made up for our arrival. Towels and bath robes were provided for use with the hot tub, which is very private. Our only slight "winge" would be lack of coat hangers in the wardrobe and no blind on the sky light in the bedroom. It didnt effect me but my wife who sleeps that side of the bed was awake as aoon as it got light every morning, so she had to get up and watch the wild life on the rear balcony.(hard life!!)
