A perfect property for friends, families and those less mobile who are looking for a coastal get away with this property just two minutes’ walk from the beach. Parking is adjacent to the property making it easy to park up and unload. The property is accessed via a small sun room/entrance porch, a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while planning your day. Step in to the light, bright, open-plan sitting area with dining and kitchen, an ideal place to relax after a day out exploring with lovely views over the grounds and to the sea beyond. The master bedroom is off the living room and has an en-suite shower room. There are two further bedrooms, a twin and a double with a shared bathroom, all completed with touch lamps. Guests can enjoy the communal gardens and access to the dog friendly beach is via a steep set of private steps. The village of Kessingland has a quiet promenade with a cafe, seafood restaurant and a public house. Nearby attractions include Africa Alive, Pleasurewood Hills, Minsmere Nature Reserve and the stunning stately home of Somerlayton Hall. The popular and vibrant seaside town of Southwold is a short drive away and well worth a visit. This holiday property really is an ideal base to explore this wonderful area of Suffolk for couples, friends and families.

Kessingland enjoys beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments.
