Enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, lawn area and BBQ. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 10 miles, pub and village shop within walking distance. Note: Garden is approached via a couple of steps so please kindly be mindful of drop back down.
Barnstaple is at the mouth of the Taw Estuary, on the North Devon coastline between Westward Ho! and Croyde and is a short drive from the Exmoor National Park. Barnstaple is a coastal town with a market, shops, restaurants and bars, along with two beaches popular with surfers and families. The town is renowned for its floral displays having won a Britain in Bloom award and flowers are found around every corner. Barnstaple lies at the end of the Tarka line railway journey, which takes you through the North Devon countryside of valleys, moorland and a coastline.
