Stayed in this house for two weeks and loved it. Had everything you could need. Two minutes from beach which was great with our dogs. Shops five minutes walk away. Comfortable beds. Only downside was front bedroom could do with curtains as blinds didn’t keep the light out. Lovely welcome pack. Would definitely recommend this place

Stayed for a week and the house was filthy it had other people's hair in the bath and on the bath mat. The kitchen was full of grease and every surface was sticky even the cooker smoked when we first used it. There were cobwebs and dirty skirting boards it makes you wonder if the beds and towels were clean. No apology from the owners.

The house was spotlessly clean and a lot of time, energy and money has been spent on completely renewing the kitchen, bathroom and every other room. The workmanship is absolutely first class. It comes equipped with everything you could ever need and more. The beds, sofas and chairs are all wonderfully comfortable. The towels and bedclothes were beautifully fresh and clean. Being only 150m from the beach and in a cul-de-sac means the only sound you will hear are the waves (when the wind is in the right direction). Two small supermarkets are only eight minutes walk away. The beach is completely free of litter and on a walk to Saltburn and back, four miles, we did not see a single piece of litter, not even one! Peaceful, quiet, very comfortable, perfectly equipped and incredibly clean. Plus super fast WiFi. What a wonderful place!
