The Patio Flat is full of light with high ceilings and is very roomy. It has its own private entrance (patio door) and is cleaned to a high standard. Furnished in a light and elegant contemporary style, this delightful apartment is set within a romantic Georgian rectory in the heart of Cornwall. Step just outside your French doors to enjoy three acres of flower-filled gardens once visited by Queen Mary. You have your own patio, and are welcome to seek out other sunny corners of the woods and gardens. The Patio Flat is perfectly situated for touring Cornwall. It is located between the dramatic North Coast with glorious beaches and the charming fishing villages of the South Coast. Locally, there's lots to do with moorland and woodland walks right on the doorstep, magnificent gardens, the Camel Trail for walking and cycling, horse-riding, wonderful grand houses and fascinating archaeology all nearby. You enter your apartment by passing through a grand hallway to be greeted by the bright and airy living room with its fresh cream colour schemes The kitchen is new and well-equipped. The bedroom with its king-sized bed is particularly spacious. Its huge windows overlook the gorgeous herbaceous border and offers views towards the coast. The bathroom has a lovely shower and a bath for enjoying a long soak after a day at the beach. Delight in the original paintings by Cornish artists. The Patio Flat is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is a mere 9 miles away. Head to the world-famous Eden Project for a day out with the children. Even the maritime city of Plymouth with its Barbican docks area, shops, theatres and restaurants and the National Maritime Museum is only 30 minutes by car.

If you love quiet surroundings, birdsong, a view, and a comfortable, dog friendly, ground floor garden apartment, look no further. Not for the feint hearted as the drive can be a bit hairy for those that are a little less confident with lane driving. But oh so worth the drive. Lovely gardens. Lovely historical house. The flat is well fitted out, nicely furnished and comfortable. Everything is provided to ensure a reasonable good level cooking. A washer for those wet and muddy days. Larger than average bedroom with a king-sized bed. Great base for walks on Bodmin Moor or travel to the coast for sand and sea.
