Internally, there are six bedrooms: two first floor king size doubles with an en-suite bathroom, one first floor bunk and a second floor super king-size, and a triple room (zip/link) with en-suite shower rooms 6th bedroom is Super King with the possibility of being made up to a family room with en-suite. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room. Roadside parking is available. Outside has a private roof Terrace, decking area with a hot tub. Cliffhanger is the ultimate place to stay for families. Note: This property is suitable for max 12 Adults and 2 Children, not 14 Adults.

Entering the property, you are greeted by a spacious porch area, with a bookcase providing slippers for cosy living, with underfloor heating and a woodburning stove in the kitchen for that extra bit of warmth. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped and has sleek white marble effect worktops, with lovely under unit lighting, showcasing the extent this property goes to to ensure you have everything you could possibly need or want. There are patio doors leading out to the outdoor deck, with its expansive views and a luxury large hot tub. The dining area has seating for up to twelve people, a perfect spot to gather as a family and enjoy a lovely home cooked meal. Step into the lounge, with its lovely corner sofa, small bar and 55-inch flat screen OLED TV.Perfect for cosy evenings in front of the TV, with plenty of channels provided through FreeSat. The original grand Edwardian staircase winds up through the centre of the house, up to the bedrooms and is lit by a large chandelier. Nearby attractions include Hastings Pier, a stunning pier which has a range of restaurants and shops to enjoy while you enjoy a lovely day at the beach. With periodic open air events and an observatory platform to enjoy as well. What a stunning house real luxury and what a great stay we had. All the bedrooms were amazing and well equipped with comfortable beds and impressive Ben suits. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and all of a high quality the hot tub was a real bonus
A stunning house, perfect for our multi generational family gathering. Even on a cold February day the views from the hot tub on the terrace overlooking the sea made us feel as though we were in tropical climes. Excellently equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and the much needed space for everyone’s coats and shoes. Everything thought of to make a perfect holiday base. We loved it.
