Boasting a bright and comfortable interior, the property also has an outside decked terrace from which you can relax and take in the views. Situated in the heart of Salcombe town, with immediate access to the quayside, boutique shops, and restaurants, it’s perfect for those who want a cosy retreat in the hub of the town. On the ground floor is the living room, which is a light and comfortably furnished room, with feature stone fireplace and TV/DVD unit. French doors lead to a modern terrace surrounded by glass balustrades, perfect for admiring the view, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining. The combined kitchen/dining area is well equipped (including gas hob, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher), with a dining table seating four. The property has two bedrooms, both of which are on the lower ground floor. The master bedroom is a double en suite, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds and an en suite shower room. All bedding, linen and towels provided. Guests enjoy free Wireless broadband, and one parking pass for the nearby Creek Car Park. With its central location, and nearby coast and countryside it is ideal for families or perhaps two couples to explore this beautiful area.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
