Second-floor bathroom with fixed enclosure bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC (not suitable for those with reduced mobility). Cloakroom with basin and WC. First-floor kitchen. Ground-floor utility. First-floor living/dining room with balcony

Shop 0.5 miles, pub 1 mile, beach 0.1 miles. Note: The second-floor single is higher than a standard bed.
Reviews
Lovely house have stayed here for 3 years but will be the last. The faults though are the furniture is ready for replacing there’s modern leather sofas but very uncomfortable with big dips in them. The bathroom is not the best for people trying to get in the shower not much room to try and get in with the glass. Would be better with just a shower cubicle. Sitting on the balcony is lovely but same again very old flimsy furniture and even though the house is for a family of 5 no room on balcony to sit 5. Needs an upgrade especially for the price. It’s very pricey basically paying for the views
