4 Blue View is a wonderful duplex apartment which has been newly redecorated in preparation for the 2020 season. 4 Blue View is situated in Devon Road approximately 10-15 minutes walk from Salcombe's delightful waterfront, shops, pubs, and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay can be quickly accessed via the small passenger ferry that runs from the town all year round. With two bedrooms in total, the master is an en suite with a King-size bed and plenty of clothes storage. The second bedroom has two single beds and a picture window opening to a balcony with delightful views. In addition to the en-suite is a family bathroom with a bath, hand basin, w.c and heated towel rail. A cloakroom on the lower level offers a w.c and basin. To the front of the apartment is a terraced area with a table, chairs and barbeque. There is an allocated space for one medium sized car off-road beneath the building. 4 Blue View has a light and bright kitchen / lounge / dining room offering lovely views over the town, estuary and surrounding countryside, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The modern kitchen has wall-mounted units, granite worktops, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge-freezer and Nespresso coffee machine (pods not supplied). Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
