Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
On arrival was greeted by Anne the owner. Meadow veiw is a lovely place to stay. Lovely and comfortable, place was spotless and felt quite at home . Set in beautiful countryside with a beautiful veiw of dartmoor from both lounge and bedroom window. Plenty of places to visit close by. You will get use to the narrow lanes to get to some places. Beautiful weather was a bonus. Would recommend this beautiful place . Great hosts ANN &, PHIL 5* hopefully will visit again in the future. Thank you again 5* is not enough.
Had the pleasure to stay here last week. We had an amazing time , beautiful cottage, great furnishings, comfortable, very clean great kitchen to feel at home cooking in during these present times if dinning outside with it being a bit too cold. The heating system is great soon got warm after our day out, lovely to sit and look out over Dartmoor, great position to get to Salcombe, Bigbury on Sea, Dartmouth Plymouth even into Cornwall., If you like peace n quiet to sit out with a glass of wine and soak up the country side then go here . Yes the rds to the cottage get a bit narrow just drive carefully there are plenty passing places ,we soon got used to it. 1 of the best things was just relaxing looking out of that huge bedroom window ,a view of countryside as far as the eye could see. Loved it.
