Pixie Cottage is a delightful character cottage on Clarence Hill. The Cottage is just a short walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants of the historic naval town of Dartmouth and within easy reach of the picturesque River Dart. Perfect for a couple or young family looking for quick and easy access to the town centre. The cottage has the benefit of a small terrace garden and river glimpses from the first floor. Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10-minute drive whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth. The entrance to the Cottage leads into a small lobby directly from Clarence Hill. Upstairs there are two well-presented bedrooms. The master bedroom has a leather- framed double bed and views over the terrace area at the rear of the property. The smaller second bedroom has twin beds and looks out to the front. Downstairs there is a cosy sitting area with comfortable leather sofas and Smart TV & Blueray / DVD player and wireless/ bluetooth speaker. There is also a feature fireplace with gas fire, for cosy winter evenings and a small wooden dining table and chairs. The living area leads into a cleverly designed well-equipped galley kitchen (with slightly sloping floors). Adjacent to the kitchen is a ground floor family shower room with large cubicle shower, w.c.and hand basin. Guests have use of an annual car parking permit, for one car, which is for use in the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to availability).

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. For those seeking sandy beaches, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular beaches just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
