Reviews

The accommodation has some very good points, however we have been twice and both times there have been issues with the arga not working making it very difficult to cook for large parties. The WiFi is not intermittent its basically none existent and one of the showers is so hot it's dangerous. On our last visit the hot also wasn't working, whilst this can't be helped it was the main reason we gave the place a second chance. With all of the above not working it makes it a very expensive property to rent. I have delayed writing a review as initially we were offered compensation, however this has never been paid and I have been messed around by the owner and sykes. Needless to say I won't be visiting again and I won't be booking through sykes. Just wanted to warn other customers that once you have parted with your money both the owner and sykes will not be interested in resolving any issues.

Not able to travel next Friday due to current government lockdown. Owner refused to cancel booking, we have literally just been told property is clean should we wish to go, this despite road blocks now being put in place to prevent travel!!! Owner, aggressive and arrogant, would not speak civilly to my daughter and has twice hung up, the owner will not only get government help for small business but will also keep our £2000!!!
