A truly charming cottage with ample space, perfect for a family holiday to the North-Western Wales area. Stepping through the porch, handy for kicking off your wellies, you will enter the welcoming cottage. The sitting room boasts a warming oil-burning stove with a charming surround and characterful exposed beams. The kitchen hosts a dining area with seating for four people. The interior design in here has been finished with a subtle elegance and is equipped for your needs. In here you can open French door into the bright conservatory room, boasting a fresh atmosphere, ideal reading and relaxing. The first floor homes the charming bedrooms, which includes two doubles with overlooking views to the stunning countryside. Completing the first floor is the bunk bedroom and a bathroom comprising of a luxury bath, basin and WC. To the rear of the property you will discover the large and enclosed garden. Up three small steps you will find the lawned area, the perfect place to stretch your legs or for the children to play a game of rounders. You will also have a patio area, which will have a table and chairs for the summer evenings. Additionally, you will have a private drive which can situate two cars. The cottage is within walking distance to the Porth Colmon Beach and a short drive to both Morfa Nefyn, Abersoch and Pwlllheli. If you are visiting for a walking holiday then suggested routes include Llangwynnadl Diversion and Yr Eifl, which is a 10.5km moderate walk. The Pwhelli town can be found within 14 miles of the cottage, here you will find a bustling coastal town with several independent shops, traditional pubs and award-winning fish and chops to enjoy. The Llain Rhuttan is idyllic cottage, packed with charm and tradition. It would make the perfect base for a family looking to explore the beautiful area.

On each side of the river's mouth is the beach for walking and playing on, and a promenade where you can watch the sailing boats and regattas in the bay. There is also a National Trust visitor centre and car park. The popular resorts of Pwllheli and Abersoch are within easy reach.
