Newden Cottage is a wonderfully decorated, end terrace property, situated within the town of Whitstable. The interior design of this property is a seamless blend of modern style and a touch of Victorian heritage, making the perfect base for a relaxing family getaway. The sitting room, located to the left of the front door hosts a bright atmosphere with charming wood floors, large shutter-style windows and comfortable seating. Following this is a cleverly designed cloak room, housing a walk-in shower, basin and WC, completed to a luxurious standard. Finishing the ground floor is the spacious open-plan kitchen/diner, boasting an elegant design. In here, you will find a formal seating arrangement for up to six people, ideal for hosting your family meals. This then leads into the well-equipped kitchen, housing all the necessities required to rustle up the family dinner. Follow the carpeted stairs up to the first floor where you will discover the well-appointed bedrooms, a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. On this floor, you will also find a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, finished with an elegant touch. Outside, you will have access to a private, enclosed garden with a patio area with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the sunshine. To the rear of the property is a small lawned area, perfect for letting the dog stretch his legs. The property does not included parking; however, the cottage is situated on a quiet road, where you will find ample spaces to park your car. As the cottage is centrally located, you are a mere stone’s throw away from the local pub or a recommended pub, The Neptune Inn, is only a 15-minute walk. Additionally, the closest shop can be located within a 5-minute walk. Out-and-about in Whitstable you can visit Whitstable Castle and Gardens, situated just one mile from the property, or shop around the Harbour Market. Nearby, is the city of Canterbury, where you can visit Canterbury Cathedral, St Augustine's Abbey as well as a large selection of shops and restaurants to enjoy. 15 Clifton Road is a tranquil retreat, situated within a quaint area, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
