Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room with an open fire, as well as a utility. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for several cars. Orchard Cottage is an excellent modernised cottage for families. Note: Please ensure dogs are kept in the kitchen

Walk through to the open-plan kitchen, which offers modern, grey-fitted units and sleek white worktops with ample preparation space for cooking up a storm for the whole family, whilst the dining area is perfect for enjoying your delicious home-cooked meals or planning the day's events. Upstairs has three bedrooms; two doubles and one twin, all well-presented with colourful bedding and carpets, which give the rooms that warm and welcoming feeling. The property offers a family bathroom and ground-floor shower room, so you don't have to wait too long of a morning, with the first-floor bathroom boasting a roll-top bath and walk-in shower. To the rear of the cottage is a spacious, wraparound lawned garden, with a quaint patio area and plenty of places to sit outside with a refreshing beverage, The hot tub has shelter, so whatever the weather, you can sit out and enjoy a relaxing soak. Orchard cottage is clean, comfortable and situated in the most beautiful countryside. It is extremely spacious and has all the amenities needed. The hot tub was a luxurious addition and it was lovely to get in after a long day walking or sight seeing the local area. The bed was so comfy and we had some great night sleeps. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need and the local towns are a short drive away. There is a bathroom downstairs and another upstairs. This cottage is definitely a home from home. Would definitely recommend.
