Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for two car. Garden with patio and lawn and several seating areas. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles. Note: The gas stove in the dining room is not function or in use. Note: There is a pond in the garden which has a cover over it, however children must be supervised at all times. Note: There are stone steps within the garden, children must be supervised. Note: The garden is not suitable for ball games as there is a limited grass area and lots of flowers, woodland and shrubs. Note: Check in 4PM. Note: Property is accessed by a single track country lane. Note: There is a low doorway in this property on the landing

Lerryn is a small Cornish village settled on the banks of the River Lerryn, near to where the creek leads into the River Fowey. This timeless and quaint village is a peaceful setting and is home to just one pub and one local shop, with the area then being surrounded by woodland, and the river providing a perfect route to follow for pleasant waterside strolls. Nearby towns and villages worth visiting include Polperro, Lostwithiel and Looe.
