Location Details
Firies is a small village just a short drive from the town of Killarney in County Kerry. The area has a very rural feel, dotted with sheep and dairy farms, and is also on the Ring of Kerry route. Many attractions can be found at Killarney and Dingle is also well worth a visit, renowned for its beaches, cliffs and Fungie the dolphin, who has been a major attraction in the area for a number of years!
County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in this lovely cottage it is in a very lovely spot on the edge of the village of Firies County Kerry and the owners Mary Dermot and their son could not have been more helpful we hope to visit again next time in August for the Puck Fair in Killorglin which is a few miles away.
A fantastic holiday home, full of character and charm. Peaceful farm location with alpacas and a great base to explore the area.
