With a lovely log-effect fire encased in an attractive exposed brick chimney breast. There is an open-plan kitchen and dining area with seating for up to four people, with newly fitted units and a sleek worktop space. Leading up to the first floor is the staircase with a lovely stone walls, giving the property a wealth of character. It has two bedrooms: one double and one single with a separate bathroom with a bath and a hand-held shower. Parking is available outside the property.
