There are plenty of interesting places to visit within a short drive of the town, including the harbour town of Bideford and the fishing village of Appledore. Contemporary ground floor apartment provides stylish accommodation for two, with stunning sea views which can be enjoyed from the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This space is flooded with light, thanks to the huge floor to ceiling windows which dominate the room. The comfortable sofa is arranged so that guests are able to enjoy both the sea views and the TV, DVD, and hi fi, making this a wonderful place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Behind the lounge area, there is a small dining area and the kitchen area offers an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and microwave. The property has one bedroom, a spacious double room with a pretty dressing table and handy full length mirror. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is a patio area to the front of the property, with garden furniture, allowing guests to sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. There is private parking for one car provided..
