Electric and night storage and panel heaters included. TV with Freeview and DVD in the lounge, TV in the kitchen/diner. Ample off road parking available. See some of the farming activities by arrangement with the owners. Regret no pets. Beach 3 miles, pubs and shops 1.5 miles.

For adrenaline junkies, there s also rock climbing and abseiling to choose from and Bude also provides a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. Closer to home and just a few minutes drive is the picturesque village of Stratton which has 2 pubs to choose from. Other attractions in the area include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Clovelly, Hartland Abbey, Tintagel, The Eden Project, Padstow and Port Isaac. The accommodation is in the wing of the main farmhouse and offers all the comforts of home. On the ground floor there is an inviting lounge overlooking the garden and with a TV, Freeview, DVD and video. Heading upstairs the kitchen/diner enjoys lovely views across the garden and farmland beyond. There is everything you need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and also a TV. Completing the accommodation upstairs are three bedrooms including two doubles and one twin with a walk in wardrobe, as well as a stylish bathroom which has a bath with shower over bath and WC. Wandering outside you get a real feel of space with free roam of the owners' half acre enclosed garden for your enjoyment, with garden furniture to relax on those warm sunny days. For the kids, there is a swing/slide and climbing frame or there is the woodland to explore. It is also possible to see the farm in action by watching the calf feeding and other farming activities, by arrangement with the owners..
