Bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Raised lawn area with garden furniture, for exclusive use of occupants of the property. Lockable garage housing the tumble dryer, is also ideal for storing bikes, surfing gear, walking boots etc.. Allocated car port for one small car plus additional off road parking within the private car park of the building. Electric, heating and Wi Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Please note access to the car port is via a steep slope. Beach and selection of pubs and shops within walking distance.

You could explore Exmoor National Park, take a day trip to Lundy Island, or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops. There are many other attractions including the National Trust property of Arlington Court, the pretty fishing village of Clovelly, or you could enjoy a day with the animals at Combe Martin Wildlife Park.
