Closer to home, there is an abundance of nearby pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes, many serving top quality produce. Inside, the accommodation is light and airy with a feeling of spaciousness throughout. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge is spacious and inviting and features a TV/DVD with Freeview, plus a cosy living flame gas fire for evenings in, while the dining area in the lounge overlooks the pretty patio outside. During the day, the small suntrap conservatory is the perfect spot to relax with a good book all year round. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, comprising of one double, one twin and one single with 2'6" bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower over bath, WC and heated towel rail.
