This enjoys a beautiful countryside location nestled close to the nearby village of Berrynarbour is just half a mile from the cottage, and offers a village shop, and a welcoming pub. Two miles to the north of the property, is a lovely beach, where visitors can spend their days sunbathing, kayaking, swimming and enjoying walks whilst they explore the many rockpools.

The cottage is accessed via a large number of external steps and therefore unsuitable for people with mobility issues. 1 double bedroom. 1 roomy shower cubicle with WC. Welcome basket on arrival. Wi Fi included. Oven with ceramic hob, microwave, larder fridge and freezer. Electric and heating included. Regret no babies or children. 1 larger dog (up to Golden Retriever size) or 2 small dogs welcome. Car parking provided. Secure storage for bicycles, surf boards and motorbikes provided. Beach 2 miles, shop and pub 1 mile. Fenced and gated paddock leading down to the river, which is lovely for dog walkers . No smoking permitted anywhere on the grounds .

This cottage, one of two semi detached properties, enjoys an idyllic location situated on a pretty hillside in North Devon. The property is accessed via a large number of external steps, bringing guests to the cottage s front door, which opens onto the open plan living space. At one end of this lounge/kitchen/diner, guests will find a comfortable sofa, wood burner effect electric fire, TV/DVD, a great place to unwind at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The kitchen area, to the opposite end of the room, with an oven with a ceramic hob, microwave, larder fridge and freezer. Stairs lead to the first floor, where guests will find the restful double bedroom. The roomy shower room with WC, is also located on the first floor. Outside is a private decked area, with breath taking countryside views, providing a lovely space for guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Additionally, guests also have access to the two acres of shared gardens, with lawns, flowered borders and pretty fishponds. A fenced, gated paddock that leads down to the river is handy for dog walking. Off road parking is provided in a private car park, just across from the property.
