Inside, this farmhouse exudes Cornish charm in every room. The traditional kitchen boasts slate flooring, exposed beams and an oil fired range oven. With a large dining table in the centre of the room, this is a sociable space for entertaining and also includes an electric hob and oven, combination microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and extra built in fridge, while the utility room next door houses a sink and drainer, washing machine and tumble dryer. For more formal affairs, there is a dining room with a Victorian ornamental fireplace, reclaimed panelling and oak flooring. The light and airy sitting room features stained glass windows and is the perfect space to relax as a family on the leather sofas while making the most of the wood burner, TV/DVD with Freeview and hi fi. There are five bedrooms in this house, a master super king size with en suite bathroom, another super king size bed that can be converted into two singles on request, a king size, a twin and a ground floor king size. The bedrooms are spacious, light and airy and all benefit from the inclusion of TVs, perfect for lazy mornings. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with oak flooring, a luxurious roll top bath and WC. You will find a shower room and WC on the ground floor also. Outside, large lawn gardens provide plenty of space to play, while the extensive slate patio area with furniture is ideal for al fresco meals.
