Approached via a steep single track private road, you enter the property via the wrap around balcony, into the main hallway. To your right you will find a light lounge space with double sofa bed, TV/DVD and patio doors leading onto the balcony. To your left from the entrance hallway, you can access the lovely dining room which also benefits from patio doors onto the balcony, making the most of the spectacular estuary views. Beyond this is the well equipped kitchen, with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine. Continuing along the main corridor, you will find a family bathroom to your left, followed by four bedrooms with linen and towels included for your stay. Outside there is an enclosed, private paved garden with furniture. A perfect place to sit back, relax and admire the views with family and friends.
