Ideally placed close to the Cornwall and Devon border, the location is ideal for exploring the local area and nearby attractions to suit all ages including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Launceston Steam Railway, The Eden Project, Clovelly, Tintagel and Bude with its sandy beaches, selection of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. As well as fantastic coastal walks and scenic cycle routes in the area, stunning scenery is to be admired on Exmoor, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, all within varying driving distances. Inside the property, the living accommodation downstairs is open plan, spacious and striking. With exposed beams and ceiling trusses, wooden floors, exposed stone walls and large French windows displaying spectacular rural views, this is a sociable and inviting space.
