Also on this floor are another double and two twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a family bathroom with overhead shower, while the twin bedroom and double bedroom with feature fireplace and TV are located downstairs along with the second family bathroom, which also has an overhead shower. The rear porch acts as a utility space and features a tumble dryer. Outside, a paved patio area wraps around the property, the perfect spot to enjoy a summer BBQ at the table and chairs.
