This charming detached property makes a wonderful base from which to explore Devon and Cornwall, offering comfortable accommodation which you will appreciate as soon as you enter. The homely lounge/diner offers a dining table, comfortable seating, a TV/DVD, and a wonderfully cosy open fire. The kitchen, with its slate floor, is equipped with everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite meals, including an Aga, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine, whilst the freezer is located in the garage. There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the property: one double room with its own TV, and two twin rooms. The bathroom offers a shower over bath, and there is a separate WC. Guests will love the impressive outdoor space that this property offers, not least the private outdoor heated swimming pool with its adjacent sun terrace. Additionally, there is a generously sized, enclosed garden laid to lawn offering a BBQ and garden furniture, with guests also having access to the 30 acres of shared grounds, which includes a picturesque lake. There is also a games room featuring a dart board and table football. There is parking for up to three cars available..
