Tamar Lakes is a great all round location to visit however, with walking routes, watersports and a wildlife reserve. The traditional village of Bradworthy, the market town of Holsworthy with its award winning pub and the sandy beaches of Bude are all within easy reach of this property. Don t miss great walks along the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail as well! Step inside this beautifully converted Linhay, featuring original wooden beams and retaining much of its original charm. The property is set all on one level. Enter the property into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which has been well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. The kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with ice compartment and the use of a freezer.
