Travel cot and highchair available. Open fire (first bag of logs provided). Smart TV in the lounge. Enclosed garden with patio to the rear, seating to dine, charcoal BBQ and gravelled area to the front. Driveway parking for 1 car, roadside parking on the street if required. Regret no children under 4 years old, babes in arms welcome. Beach 1.5 miles, pub and shops within walking distance.

Located just a couple of miles off the A30 means that the whole of this unique county is on your doorstep, from the popular surfing beaches littered along the north coast, to the quaint unspoilt south coast filled with hidden coves and small traditional fishing villages. Step inside from the front garden and hang up your coats. Head through to the lounge area and cosy up on the comfy sofas in front of the open fire and watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV.
