The sandy beach of Widemouth Bay is just a three minute drive, while an eight minute drive will bring you to Bude, a thriving coastal town. Here guests will find shops, restaurants, beaches, coastal walks, a golf course and much, much more. This single storey property contains three bedrooms: one double with TV/DVD and en suite bathroom (including bath with shower over), one twin with en suite shower room and another double. There is also a separate WC. The lounge retains many original period features including an exposed stone wall and wooden beams, and also features a wood burner as well as a TV/DVD with Freeview. Leading on from the lounge, the kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Electric, oil fired central heating and Wi Fi are also included with this property. The property includes a shared indoor tennis court, games room and tots play area. Outside of the property there is an enclosed lawn with seating and views looking out to the countryside to the south.
