A truly peaceful setting surrounded by picturesque farmland views and a variety of wildlife with many nearby public footpaths where you may be lucky to catch sight of the abundant birds and wildlife. A 20 minute walk along pavements to the sandy beach at Bacton or a 5 minute drive to Bacton or Walcott for swimming, fishing, buckets & spades a must for the children. A short drive to pubs serving good food, shop, fish & chip shop and children s play area. Nearby North Walsham for shopping, a little further to Stalham for day boat hire, or Cromer with end of pier entertainment, esplanade gardens and Lifeboat Museum. East Ruston Vicarage Gardens is a must for all gardening enthusiasts. Nearby Happisburgh with its striped lighthouse and crumbling cliffs is a very attractive village.
