Quietly situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Corpusty which boasts its own art gallery, play area with lots of exciting wooden structures, open all hours store and a pub. Enjoy a walk in the water meadows abundant with wildlife. Within easy distance for enjoyable days out are the coastal villages of Blakeney, Wells and Holkham with their sandy beaches and salt marshes, offering bird watching, crabbing from the quay and boat trips to see the seals. The North Norfolk Railway runs from the traditional seaside town of Sheringham which also has an indoor aqua centre whilst the Bure Valley Railway takes visitors to Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads. The summer Cromer Carnival is great fun. Nearby National Trust properties include Blickling , Felbrigg, Sheringham Park and Kelling Heath for woodland walks. The barns are well positioned for the Georgian market town of Holt, with its traditional bakers, butchers, antique shops, restaurants and tearooms.
