Enclosed garden with garden furniture, recliners and BBQ. The property is located on the side of the B1436 opposite the village common. Pub, restaurant, fish and chip shop and shop within short walking distance, beach 4 miles. Please note some low doorways.

The popular seaside resort of Cromer, 4 miles away, famous for freshly caught seafood and end of pier entertainment, has museums, golf, tennis and a Zoo Park. The carnivals in Cromer and Sheringham provide great family entertainment in August. Sheringham offers steam train rides along the coast, live theatre and a leisure pool/sports centre. The cottage has two sets of the original traditional spiral stairs, which have handrails on both sides of the stairs as they can be steep. There is a comfortable double bedroom and a twin bedroom with TV. The bedrooms are connected by a walk through wardrobe. A wooden cot can be provided for either of the bedrooms.
