Beach 7.5 miles, shops and pubs in town centre 1 mile (a 20 minute walk). Railway station 0.4 miles (10 minute walk). The property is situated on a Cornish lane which is a narrow hedge lined lane and there is no footpath. It is used daily by the other residents to walk into town. TV/DVD in lounge.

The beaches to the north are also within easy reach and offer world class surfing. This excellent location, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, offers some fantastic walks including the Two Valleys Walk. Nature trails, golf and riding can also be found close by. As the property is located on the edge of Liskeard, it offers an ideal base to access many locations without car due to the train station being within walking distance.
