Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away, offering great walks and beautiful scenery. This unique property comprises two separate buildings. The lodge provides a comfortable living space incorporating a stylish lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is ideal for relaxing in, with a TV/DVD, while the dining area is ideal whether you re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal. In the elegant kitchen area, you will find everything you may need including a range style gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. There s also a wet room with shower and WC, and a further separate WC, both accessed via the private decked area behind the lodge. Heading over to the shepherd s hut, you will find the cosy sleeping area, with double bed, wood burner (logs included) and tea/coffee making facilities. Outside, the property is fully enclosed, and you will find a decked area with a large private sunken hot tub, garden furniture and BBQ. There s a separate suntrap decked area outside the shepherd s hut, providing a sunny spot to relax and sunbathe or just enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
