The more energetic amongst will enjoy nearby attractions such as The Adrenaline Quarry or hire bikes and cycle the Camel Trail. The coastal town of Looe is easily reached by car and is known for its quaint eateries, restaurants and shops. East of the property is Plymouth with its huge array of shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and national theatre. This really is an ideal base for the whole family. Although this is situated in the grounds of the owners home privacy is very much assured. Accessed via external steps, the property sits sheltered by trees and foliage. The lounge/kitchen/diner is open plan, with oak flooring throughout; the lounge area features a large leather reclining sofa, armchair, and TV/DVD, and has an oak dining table large enough to seat six people in an alcove. The kitchen has been lovingly fitted, and comprises of an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. This apartment features two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite WC, whilst the second bedroom has twin zip and link beds, which can be made into a king size on request at the time of booking. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. Outside, there is a private garden area for guests, with a picnic table and BBQ. There is ample parking on the shared driveway.
