Including beach, bath, hand and tea towels. 2 bedrooms 1 king size with Smart TV and 1 twin zip and link (which can be made up as a king size upon request). 2 en suites the king size has an en suite bathroom with free standing bath, separate walk in shower and WC (this en suite bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway). The twin has an en suite shower room with WC. Wood burner,. TV with built in Wi Fi within the lounge area . Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine in kitchen area. Freezer and washing machine in utility room. Smart TV. 2 dogs welcome (regret no dangerous breeds, if unsure, please call our reservation line). Outside shower available, great for use after trips to the beach and muddy dogs. Ample off road parking for up to 4 cars. Beach 2 miles, farm shop & restaurant (seasonal opening hours) 1.5 miles, pub within 3 miles. 4 miles from Port Isaac home of Nathan Outlaw's Michelin Star "Outlaw's New Road". There is no EV charging facility at this property nearest charging point is at Tesco Superstore, 8.5 miles. There is a strict no smoking policy at this property .

Port Isaac and Port Quin are just a short drive away, or slightly further you ll find Tintagel and Padstow. There are some fantastic beaches nearby, particularly Polzeath which is popular with surfers. A 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk, fun for all the family can be found at 'Giant Slip and Slide' Perfectly placed for exploring the area, this detached property is approached via 3 external steps and once inside it is set all on one level. Upon entering you will find yourself in the hallway and will be greeted with the bungalow's homely feel. On your left are the two bedrooms, the first of which has a king size bed, Smart TV and Jack and Jill bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk in shower and WC, this en suite loops back into the hallway. The second bedroom has twin zip and link beds, which can be made into a king size on request, plus an en suite shower room with WC. On the other side of the hallway is the lounge/kitchen/diner, with Smart TV. A spacious room with several windows overlooking the garden that wraps around the property. The kitchen has been beautifully fitted with white units and features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, there is also a utility area leading from the kitchen which has a wash basin, freezer and washing machine. The lounge/dining area comprises of a dining table to seat 4 people, comfortable sofas, Smart TV and a wood burner, with patio doors leading outside. Outside, the property benefits from having a large enclosed garden that wraps around the whole property, a raised patio area with seating and a BBQ. There is also an outside shower, ideal for washing off the sand after a trip to the beach, or cleaning up your muddy four legged family member. Ample off road parking is available for up to 4 cars.
