Westward Ho! is close by with its two mile stretch of sandy beaches, arcades and independent eateries. Bude is slightly further afield, although still an easy drive with several sandy beaches, golf course, canal side artisan cafes, surf shops, a local history museum and art gallery. Other attractions such as The Milky Way, The Big Sheep Adventure Park, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor, Hartland Abbey and Hartland Quay are also within easy reach. Two steps lead onto the gated veranda to this single storey water s edge lodge. The glass porch area is not only perfect to store coats, wellies and walking boots, but is ideal for sitting with a good book whilst admiring the views over the lake.
