Situated next to the owners home, this bolthole has much to offer for people of all interests. Utilising both its modern and original features, this cottage creates a relaxing, peaceful place to really unwind. With a wealth of beaches less than 5 miles away from the property and nearly 10 acres of beautiful land to explore, you'll never get bored when staying in this cottage. Within easy access to both the North and South Coasts and with the South West Coast Path only 4 miles away for those who fancy a longer walk along the picturesque Cornish coast, and the town of St. Ives, filled with eateries, galleries and shops, is just short of 9 miles away. This rural property is a perfect mix of traditional and contemporary style, with its exposed brickwork and stylish kitchen and bathroom. The main door opens into the relaxed and airy lounge/diner which has comfortable sofa seating as well as an adjacent dining table. There is a TV/DVD here as well as Wi Fi access. An archway leads to the kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Stairs lead to the first floor bedroom with its zip and link beds which can be made up as a super king or two twins. Additionally, there is a single pull out bed which is suitable for a child. The bathroom is sleek and contemporary with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Outside the property has its own enclosed rear patio area, with BBQ and garden furniture, whilst guests are also free to enjoy the surrounding 10 acres of gardens, woodland and orchards belonging to the main property.
