The stunning cathedral city of Exeter half an hour away by car, boasts an array of shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas and theatre, and the pretty market town of Honiton is even closer and is a mecca for antique hunters. Other attractions and places of interest include Crealy Adventure Park, Escot Gardens and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. There is also a bathroom with hand held shower over bath and WC which services these bedrooms. Venturing outside a large garden area surrounds the property and boasts a hot tub, enclosed lawn, patio area, garden furniture, garden games and charcoal BBQ. Further to this there is access to a shared games room with table football, table tennis, pool table and selection of board games provided and a shared utility room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.
