For those looking to see more of the coast, the pretty towns of Mevagissey and Fowey are both within easy reach, and the large town of St Austell with its range of shops is just ten minutes away by car. This ground floor property is a wonderful blend of both old and new. Many original features have been retained, including the wooden beams, whilst the décor is contemporary and stylish. Accessed via one step up from the entrance the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a great space for relaxing, with its comfortable sofas, Smart TV, and dining table, seating four.
