The owners live onsite but your privacy is always assured. This is Cornwall at its finest. This bijou, single storey property is the perfect destination for a couple s getaway. The understated open plan living area, with lounge/kitchen/diner, has everything you will need to enjoy your time together, from the comfortable sofa in front of the TV/DVD for snuggling up in the evenings or enjoy a tune on the radio, to the kitchen, well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge with ice compartment: everything you will need whether you are planning a romantic three course meal or plating up some Cornish fish and chips. The property s bedroom is a double and there is a contemporary shower room with WC just next door. The utility room can be found in an adjoining building and here guests will find the washer/dryer. Outside there is a small all weather enclosed gravelled courtyard with generous sized decking area, providing garden furniture and a BBQ, making it the perfect place to spend warm evenings.
