The small village of Hartland is situated three miles inland and offers an small selection of shops, three pubs, a coffee shop, bakery and a collection of interesting galleries and craft workshops. This former grain store has been lovingly converted to create a stunning holiday home. On entering the property, guests can t help but be impressed by the sense of space and double height ceiling with exposed beams. This is an open plan space, comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner, allowing guests to easily enjoy spending time together. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, warming wood burner, and TV/DVD. The kitchen area, meanwhile, is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The double and single bedroom are also located on the ground floor, the double offers an en suite shower with WC, with separate bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Wooden stairs lead from the living area to a galleried landing which has been styled as an additional seating area, perfect for enjoying some quiet time with a good book. This also, holds the twin bedroom with separate WC and basin. Outside, the property benefits from a generously sized enclosed garden, which enjoys attractive views across the surrounding fields. There is ample off road parking.
