Chepstow is a traditional market town within a short drive, steeped in history and where you can explore the castle or relax within the castle grounds, or enjoy the many restaurants, pubs and local shops. The peaceful village of Tintern, famed for the ruins of Tintern Abbey and books, is perfect for a lazy afternoon tea. The Forest of Dean is within easy reach, with activities such as the Sculpture trail at Beechenhurst Woods, Go Ape climbing centre and Puzzlewood, where many TV shows and films such As Harry Potter and Star Wars have been made.
