2 bedrooms 1 king size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. 1 bathroom with shower over the bath, and a separate WC. Electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, with stocked with some kitchen essentials (oil, salt, tea etc.). There is access to a washing machine/dryer in owners property. Cot and highchair available if needed. Wood burner with first basket of logs provided (you can purchase more on site). TV, DVD, CD player/radio. South facing private garden with lawn, pretty cottage flowers, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There is bike storage available. Off road parking. Pub 1.5 miles, shop 3.5 miles. Please note there is no internet access at the cottage but Wi Fi is available if required.

You can even enjoy some hearty mountain biking and pony trekking nearby. There are numerous trails from the door, both on foot, or by bike. With bike hire available locally and storage easily arranged. The owner is able to offer advice on mountain biking and off road biking during your stay. Hay on Wye is well worth the drive, lots of bookshops, unique stores and a spectacular drive through the mountains. History lovers will love Hereford, with its large cathedral housing the Mappa Mundi. You enter the cottage and immediately the warmth greets you. The owners have decorated with beautiful pictures of the surrounding countryside, with homely touches including plentiful books and games for the whole family to enjoy. There is a cosy and comfortable lounge with woodburner for the evenings, ( first basket of logs included), a TV and DVD player. The spacious room also features an open plan kitchen/ diner, equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm. There is an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Upstairs are two bedrooms, with gorgeous countryside views, one king size and one twin. There is a family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath and WC downstairs. Outside is a south facing private lawned garden with comfortable outdoor furniture, BBQ and firepit..
