Welcome crate and homemade cake on arrival. Highchair and travel cot provided baby monitor, non slip bath mats, cot bedding and age appropriate toys on request when booking. Wood burner with logs included. TV, DVD player, radio/Bluetooth speaker and Wi Fi. There is also a selection of books and DVDs. Pretty garden to the rear of the property, bench table, garden bench with views, and a BBQ. Storage for bikes included. Private, off road parking. Pub and shops 1.5 miles. No puppies under 12 months, please.
